Don't worry if you have two left feet and no sense of rhythm - this is no problem. In fact, it's quite natural and most people feel like this before they start.
We bear this in mind and you will find our classes for Absolute Beginners to be relaxed and un-intimidating with moves broken down into simple to access bite-sized chunks.
You will meet and dance with lots of different people in a warm and friendly environment, where a combination of dancing and the high-energy Salsa music can really lift your mood, make you feel great and blow away the cares of day. If you come as a couple and prefer to stay together that's OK too.
