Mina QueenSalsa has dancing in her blood. She began her dancing career in Istanbul, Turkey, at the tender age of three. Starting with Turkish Folkloric Dance and Belly Dancing, she continued over the years with Modern Dance, Rhythmic Gymnastics, Ballet and various Latin Dances including Cha Cha Cha, Samba, Lambada, Mambo, Merengue, Cumbia, Boogaloo, Pachanga and, of course, SALSA.

In 2009, Mina QueenSalsa was the only UK based teacher to be invited to perform a special show on stage at the Cali World Salsa Festival, Colombia, by its organizers. 

Mina QueenSalsa has over 27 years teaching experience of salsa and, as far as she is aware, was one of the first people to start teaching salsa in the current format; offering footwork and body styling classes to both men and women in London. Mina teaches and choreographs exciting salsa routines #queensalsastyle incorporating Cali, Colombian, Cuban, Puerto Rican & Cross Body salsa. This allows her students to learn most salsa styles in one lesson. 

Mina QueenSalsa offers Weekly Salsa Classes, Monthly Salsa Workshops, trains students who wish to compete in salsa competitions (Four of Mina QueenSalsa’s students have become UK and World Amateur Salsa Champions). She also organises salsa parties and offers private lessons at birthdays, anniversaries, festivals, and other celebratory occasions.

Mina always welcomes old, new and current students with a friendly attitude, and wishes to continue dancing and teaching salsa in London for many years to come.
